1. Refund Methods
For eligible returns, customers may choose between:

If a refund to the original payment method is selected, the funds will be returned using the same method used at checkout.
Store credit is issued as a non-expiring digital gift card that can be used on any future purchase.
2. Return & Refund Timeline

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return (as required by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:

The following are not eligible for refund:

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
